From Springfield and points West

Take the Massachusetts Turnpike (I-90) East to Auburn, Massachusetts (Exit 10). Take Interstate 290 East toward Worcester. Take Exit 16 for MLK Jr. Blvd. toward downtown Worcester. Follow the directions below from Exit 16.*

From New Hampshire and points North

Take Interstate 93, Interstate 95 or U.S. Route 3 South to Interstate 495. Take I-495 South to Interstate 290. Follow I-290 West to Worcester (Exit 16, MLK Jr. Blvd.). Follow the directions below from Exit 16.*

From Logan International Airport and points East

Follow signs to Massachusetts Turnpike (I-90) West. Exit at Auburn (Exit 10) and take Interstate 290 East to Worcester Exit 16 for MLK Jr. Blvd. Follow the directions below from Exit 16.*

From Theodore Francis Green State Airport and points South

Follow signs to I-95 North toward Providence. Take Route 146 North via Exit 23 toward Woonsocket/State Offices. Continue on Route 146 toward Worcester. Exit end of Route 146 onto I-290 East. Take Exit 16 for MLK Jr. Blvd. Follow the directions below from Exit 16.*

Traveling East I-290

Exit I-290 at Exit 16 - MLK Jr. Blvd. At traffic light, turn left onto MLK Jr. Blvd. toward downtown Worcester. Turn left at third set of lights onto Major Taylor Blvd. (Follow directions below from the left turn onto Major Taylor Blvd.)

Traveling West I-290

Exit I-290 at Exit 16 - MLK Jr. Blvd. At traffic light, turn right onto MLK Jr. Blvd. toward downtown Worcester. Continue through two sets of traffic lights to Major Taylor Blvd. (Follow directions below from the left turn onto Major Taylor Blvd.)

• Turn left onto Major Taylor Blvd.
  
  

• At the next set of traffic lights, turn right onto Foster Street.
  
  

• Continue to the next set of traffic lights at Commercial Street.
  
  

• Turn left onto Commercial Street.
  
  

• The CitySquare Garage Commercial Street entrance is immediately on the left.
  
  

• Enter garage under the blue and white “P” parking sign.
  
  

• Park and exit garage at level 3 Front Street.
  
  

• Walk through courtyard and follow signs to CitySquare 100 & 120 Front St.
  
  

• Continue through the lobby at 100 Front Street, pass security desk and exit lobby onto Front St.
  
  

• Exit building, turn left and continue on sidewalk 200 yards to 120 Front Street for the People's United Bank Building. Enter revolving door.
  
  

• Take the elevators to the 4^th floor for Northeast Operations, Harleysville Staff Counsel-Law Offices of Michael Garland and to 5^th floor for Northeast Claims Service Center. Upon arrival you will find a telephone in the hallway. Dial the extension of the person you wish to see. Or dial the extension listed near phone for assistance.
