Note to life insurance policyholders: At this time, the online and phone options are not available for life insurance premium payments, but will be added in the future. You can make a secure one-time online payment using your credit card, debit card or bank account number. To set up an online payment, please refer to your invoice for your account or policy number and ZIP code, and have your credit card, debit card or bank account information available. You can enjoy the convenience of having your recurring premium payments automatically withdrawn from your checking, savings or money market account. You have no checks to write, no worries about late or missed premium payments, and no installment fees. You can select as few as one payment or as many as 12. Simply click here to print our EFT form. Fill out the form, obtain the required documents and then send us the completed paperwork.
You can make a one-time payment by phone 24 hours a day, seven days a week by using your credit card, debit card or bank account number. Please refer to your invoice for your account or policy number and ZIP code, and have your credit card, debit card or bank account information available. Then, call 1.866.665.4992 to pay by phone.
You can pay your bill in full or by installments by mailing a check or
money order. If you have your invoice, please mail the remittance stub
and payment to the address on the stub. If you do not have a remittance
stub, please mail your payment to: Please remember to put your account number or policy number on your check or money order, but do not send cash.
